I understand that photos and videos may be taken during the Metaphysical Fair hosted by Unity of South Sound. By participating as a vendor, I grant permission for Unity of South Sound to use my image, likeness, booth, and any photos or videos of my participation for promotional, educational, and informational purposes (including social media, website, and printed materials), without compensation. I acknowledge that these materials are the property of Unity of South Sound and may be used at their discretion. If I have concerns or wish to opt out of close-up photos of myself, I will notify the event organizers in advance.

Note: All potential vendors will be approved by the Unity of South Sound Metaphysical Organizating Team based on space available. Space is limited. No "Independent Consultants" allowed. We prefer non-commercial, handmade, artisan products that fit the theme of the event, local businesses/services will also be considered. After we receive your application, you will be emailed a link to pay for your space to confirm participation. You will have 5 days to make the payment or your space will be given to another vendor.

This fun and inclusive day is open to all seekers, explorers, and families. Whether you’re deep on your spiritual path or just metaphysically curious, there’s something here for everyone!

We seek vendors who can offer metaphysical offerings such as: healers, readers, gifts - candles, jewelry, cards, herbal remedies, books, specialty food vendor/baked goods, etc

Note: Readers and Healers will be located on our main level Wesley Hall and all other Vendors, food and kid's activities in our Banquet Hall on the lower level through a side stair access.
