Promote your Approved Activity

To host an activity (event, meeting, class, workshop, etc.) for Unity of South Sound please:
- FIRST: you need to get the GREENLIGHT for your activity. Complete the Greenlight Form to get your activity approved by church leadership and on the church calendar.
- SECOND: once you've gotten the greenlight, fill out the SPOLTLIGHT form so we can spotlight your activity and promoted through our various promotion channels.

Ready to Shine a Light on Your Event?

Before your activity can step into the spotlight, it needs to get the green light! If your event hasn't yet been approved by church leadership, please start by completing the Activity Greenlight Form found here.

Once your activity, class, workshop, or event has been approved by Unity of South Sound, it's time to let us help you SPOTLIGHT it through this form to ensure your event gets the promotion it deserves through our various communication channels.

Please fill out all requested details and submit the form at least 6 weeks in advance to allow time for graphic creation and promotion. Remember, promotion typically begins 4 weeks prior to your event. Late submissions may not receive full promotion.

Under Date(s) please enter all applicable dates for the activity. 
Examples of various options include:
 - Sunday, January 2nd
 - 1st Tuesdays of each month
 - 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month
 - 6 Thursdays - June 13 through July 25th. Not meeting on July 4th for holiday
 - April 23, 24, 25
